Ingredients
- Super Firm Tofu (alternatively you can use extra firm tofu but then you need to press it for about 20 minutes before cooking)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400 F
- Wrap tofu in a towel and squeeze out excess water
- Slice the tofu brick to separate the top and bottom (you should end up with two thin large rectangles)
- Slice each half into 16 pieces (for a total of 32 pieces)
- In a bowl mix the tofu pieces with olive oil so they are lightly coated in oil
- On a baking sheet layout the tofu
- Sprinkle tofu with salt and pepper
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
