Ingredients
- Chicken Breast (2 lb)
- Honey (1/3 cup)
- Onion Powder (2 tsp)
- Garlic Powder (2 tsp)
- Ground Cumin (1 tsp)
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (7 oz)
- Black Beans (30oz) (15oz can x 2)
Instructions
- Start rice cooking
- Cut chicken into large cubes
- Salt & Pepper Chicken
- Saute chicken in olive oil
- Remove chicken & chop into taco filling size pieces (rough chop)
- Replace chicken in plan and add remaining ingredients
- Honey
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Cumin
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
- Black Beans
- Simmer 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend
