Ingredients
- Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts (2 lbs)
- BBQ Sauce – Sweet Baby Ray’s (1 cup)
- Italian Salad Dressing – Olive Garden Signature Dressing (¼ cup)
- Brown Sugar (¼ cup)
- Worcestershire sauce (1 Tbsp)
- Salt
Instructions
- Put the chicken in the crockpot and salt lightly
- Mix the following ingredients in a mixing bowl
- BBQ Sauce
- Italian Salad Dressing
- Brown Sugar
- Worcestershire sauce
- Pour the mix over the chicken
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours
- Ladle out and reserve the juice from around the chicken
- Remove the chicken, shred, and return to crockpot
- Add a small amount of the juice back to the crockpot (enough to make moist without being soggy)
- Cook 30 more minutes
