Ingredients
- freshly grilled salmon still warm (1.5lb)
- avocados (2)
- cucumbers (2)
- green hot sauce (3 glugs)
- fresh cilantro chopped (1/2 cup)
- ground cumin (1/2 teaspoon)
- crumbled feta (1/2 cup)
- olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- lime juice (1 tablespoon)
- salt to taste
Instructions
- set aside salmon
- cut up and deseed cucumbers
- cut up other ingredients and combine with cucumbers into a “salad”
- serve salmon and “salad” separately
