Ingredients
- celery (3 stalks) chopped
- black eyed peas (2 cans)
- onion powder (1 Tbsp)
- water (1 cup)
- chopped ham (1/4 lb)
- chopped parsley (handful)
- tabasco sauce (1 dash)
- ground black pepper
Instructions
- Sauté celery in olive oil with pepper until brown (medium heat, 5-7 minutes)
- Add onion powder
- Add water
- Simmer (3 minutes)
- Add beans, ham, parsley, tabasco
- Heat through
