Ingredients
- Ground pork (lb)
- Sweet Onion (1 diced finely)
- Sesame oil (1 Tbsp)
- Rice Vinegar (1 Tbsp)
- Garlic (2 teaspoons)
- Ground ginger (1 teaspoon)
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)
- Hoisin Sauce (1 Tablespoon)
- Coleslaw Mix (14oz bag)
- Matchstick Carrots (1 cup)
- Scallions (1 bunch thinly sliced)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- (serve with rice)
Instructions
- Start rice cooking
- Cook pork and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through
- Add the following and cook for 2 minutes
- Sesame oil
- Rice vinegar
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Soy sauce
- Hoisin Sauce
- Add Coleslaw mix and carrots
- Cook, stirring, for 5-7 minutes (until cabbage is wilted)
- Remove skillet from the heat, add scallions, and serve.
Notes
Add extra soy sauce and sesame oil at the table.
Serve with rice
