Ingredients
- 3/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1.5 cups warm water
- 3 cups of all purpose flour (+1 one additional cup of flour to add during mixing)
- olive oil
Instructions
- Combine in mixer with bread hook (yeast, sugar, salt, water, & 3 cups of flour)
- Mix on slow
- Add additional flour slowly during next 10 minutes of mixing
- Flour hands, take dough our and shape into a ball
- Oil a bowl with olive oil
- Place dough ball in oiled bowl
- Add additional olive oil and rub all over dough
- Cover bowl with cling wrap and put in fridge for 36-48 hrs to rise
