Ingredients
- Dry Whole Grain Quinoa (2 cups)
- Salted Butter (4 Tbsp)
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water with 1 tsp salt to a boil
- Add quinoa and reduce heat to 5-6
- Cook 15 minutes with lid covering (but ajar, about 95% coverage)
- Add butter
- Increase heat to 7
- Stir intermittently for 5 minutes to toast quinoa
