Ingredients
- Dry Whole Grain Quinoa (2 cups)
- Salted Butter (4 Tbsp)
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water with 1 tsp salt and butter to a boil
- Add quinoa and reduce heat to 6
- Cook ~15 minutes uncovered (cook until after water has been absorbed)
- Turn off the heat (keeping on hot burner)
- Cover pan and wait for 5 minutes
