Ingredients
- Cole slaw mix (1 lb pkg)
- Slivered Almonds (1 1/4 cups, ~ 6 oz)
- Sunflower Seeds (raw, shelled, preferably unsalted) (3/4 cups, ~ 4oz)
- Scallions (sliced 2″ up from base) (6)
- Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles (1 pkg)
- Sugar (1/2 cup)
- Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 cup)
- Canola Oil (1/2 cup)
Instructions
Salad Instructions
- Crush uncooked ramen noodles
- Combine crushed ramen noodles, cole slaw mix, almonds, sunflower seeds, & scallions
- Mix well
Dressing Instructions
- Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, and seasoning packet from ramen noodles
- Do not dress salad until ready to serve. Ramen noodles will get soggy.
