- Petite red potatoes (1.5 lb) (each quartered)
- Red onion (cut into wedges)
- Olive Oil (1/2 cup)
- Spices
- garlic powder (2 teaspoon)
- thyme (2 teaspoon)
- salt (1 teaspoon)
- pepper (1 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Preheat oven 425 F
- Mix potatoes and onion with olive oil and spices
- Back at 425 F for 40 minutes
