Makes 8 medium/small patties. Good on burger buns with sour cream or taziki sauce.
Ingredients
- Can of salmon (wild red or pink) (15 oz ea.) (2 cans)
- Eggs (2)
- Scallions – Chopped (6)
- Panko (1/2 cup)
- Pecorino Romano (1/2 cup)
- Lime (juiced)
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Combine ingredients except olive oil
- Form into patties no thicker than 1 inch
- Heat olive oil on medium high until hot
- Brown patties 5-10 minutes each side
