Ingredients
- Ground Turkey (93% fat free) 1 lb.
- Black Beans (1 can)
- Pinto Beans (1 can)
- Cumin
- Fajita Seasoning
- Other spices (barbeque, chipotle, etc.)
- Tortillas
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Cucumbers (sliced)
- Cilantro
Instructions
- In a frying pan, cook turkey
- Rinse both cans of beans and add to turkey when it is no longer pink
- Add Fajita Seasoning, Cumin, and other spices
- Serve on tortillas with grated cheese and cucumbers
